RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wisco Tallow Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare items.
Because our products are handmade and applied directly to the skin, this policy helps ensure the safety and quality of every order we send.
REFUNDS
• If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily issue a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
• In rare cases of product sensitivity, refunds may be considered at our discretion. Please reach out so we can discuss your experience.
EXCHANGES
• We do not offer exchanges on used personal care products.
• Customers are welcome to place a new order for a different product if desired.
